Mission and Vision
The school was established with the objective of ensuring Hindu girls’ education in Burdwan, and exposing and enlightening them to new emerging vista of unprejudiced educational system, gaining in importance elsewhere in Bengal Presidency. The inherent objective of the School was of making the girls committed to their conviction, devotion and determination. Later, with the passage of time, the vision of the School underwent structural changes to become more broaden and expressive to include all such that is benevolent humanity. This is being imparted to the girls in a more structured way so that they could stand on their feet independently. The School aspires to inculcate the spirit of ethics and morality to students to become compassionate. The vision is creativity and all-round development.
